This is crazy gorgeous. I am incredibly surprised by the pigmentation and uniqueness of the colours. Honestly, I did not expect much out of a palette that Sigma paid eight different almost random people to create. Of the eight, I only know TiffanyD, to whom I unsubscribed more than a year ago, and recently subscribed to again.
I used Orsay (dark turquoise) all over the lids, then Seine (dark jewel blue) on the outer corners, and pulled 1/3 into the crease, without drawing the V.
I then put Versailles (gold tone highlight) onto my brow bones and the inner corners of my eyes, and used Louvre (teal) to blend the blue and turquoise up into the highlight.
I also line my eyes using Eiffel (black), which is a spectacular black. I filled in my brows using Elysees, which is a deep maroon. And I love this colour for my brows already!
Notice the black eyeliner. Simply wonderful!
What is even more impressive for me are the blushes. I love all 3 of them! They are so pigmented, yet when I tap lightly just twice, this (in the photo) is what I get. Really subtle, ultra natural, and dewy. If you look closely at my jaw, you can see the pale brown, which is the darkest of the 3 shades. It's such a pretty colour that is very suitable for contouring on my medium skin tone. And then I also placed the lightest shade on my cheekbones for highlight. The colours just look too pretty to believe. I must say, Sigma has done it right this time.
On my lips are M.A.C Freckletone (orange nude), layered over with Tarte Lipgloss. I super love this lip combination! Freckletone worn alone is a disaster for me. But a pop of the Tarte gloss settles everything.
Do you own the Sigma Paris Makeup Palette? What do you think of it? If not, is there any colour that catches your eye? This is not a review or an advertisement. =)
