Day 1: Favorite Mascara's

Ok, so i've decided to take part in the #15DAYSWILDGLOSSY beauty, fashion and fun challenge on Instagram. The first day asks for a post about your favorite mascara/s, so here they are:

Max Factor 'Wild Mega Volume' Mascara:

I loveeee this mascara! The formula is the perfect consistency, thick enough to be able to give a few coats but thin enough to not clump up all over your lashes. It gives an amazing amount of volume and also lengthens really well.
 

The wand for this mascara is also my absolute favorite, not to big, yet not to small. The shape manages to coat every lash and grabs my outer corner really well which is a must have for me. I bought mine from Priceline a while ago and after loving it i realized it wasn't on the shelves anymore but luckily the other day i noticed it's back and ill be going in for a repurchase soon! This one will set you back $17.95 AU and is available from your nearest Priceline store or online.

Maybelline 'The Colossal Smokey Eyes':

This is my my most recent 'go to' mascara. This make's my eyelashes BLACK, it has a very similar consistency to the Max Factor one but probably a little less thick. It layers really well and gives plenty of length and volume.

The Smokey Eyes wand is fantastic also! I really love how it has a much thinner end the help grab those tricky lashes. You can also buy this mascara from Priceline for $19.95 AU but is often on sale for much cheaper.

Covergirl 'Clump Crusher' Mascara:

After many great reviews about the Covergirl mascara's i had to try one. I picked this one up from the Priceline 40% off sale and have been in love with it ever since! I accidentally picked up the Black/Brown instead of usual black, but i'm glad i did! The colour of this mascara is beautiful! Due to the size of the brush, the formula and the colour, it gives the lashes such a naturally long, voluminous appearance. For a less dramatic mascara this gets a 10/10!

This wand lives up to its name, no clumps! Great application every time. This one will cost you $17.95 AU also from Priceline.

Rimmel 'Scandaleyes': 

This used to be my absolute favorite, it's still great but others have taken over. This one is quite similar to the Max Factor one, same formula/consistency but has a larger brush.

The wand would have to be the only downfall for this mascara, the shape is great, but it's just that tiny bit to large and makes a bit of a mess of your eyes. Despite that this is a great mascara and is definitely worth a try, also avaliable at Priceline for 16.95 AU.
